Platform Overview

The execution application for your GTM team.

GoWarm CRM doesn't just track your pipeline — it tells every rep exactly what to do next on every deal, fires your playbooks automatically, and routes them directly to the right channel to act.

Actions Engine Playbook Execution Deal Diagnostics Contract Lifecycle Sales-to-CS Handovers Prospecting Projects Daily Work

A CRM built around the next move, not the last update.

Most CRMs are passive databases. Reps log activity, managers export reports, and decisions are made from data that's already stale. GoWarm CRM is built differently — it actively diagnoses the state of every deal, fires your playbook plays at the right moment, and surfaces a prioritised action queue each morning so every rep knows exactly where to focus.

Deal-specific, always
Every action is generated from the actual state of that deal — not a generic template applied to everyone.
🔗
Channel-routed actions
Each action has a channel. Click Start and you're taken directly to email, call log, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or the relevant document.
📋
Playbooks in the workflow
Plays fire automatically on stage changes or conditions — appearing as action items, not documents to be opened separately.
🏛️
History preserved
Completed actions are permanent record. Regenerating nightly actions never destroys completed work or resets context.

Your team's daily hub. Five ways actions are generated.

The Actions tab is where reps start every day. It shows a prioritised queue across all their deals — sorted by urgency, with a specific next step and channel for each one. Actions are generated in five ways:

Type A
Diagnostic Alerts
Nightly rules engine detects stale deals, missing contacts, close date risks, and unhealthy pipeline. AI enhances the description with specific context.
Type B
Playbook Tasks
When a deal moves stage or a condition is met, the next play in your configured playbook fires automatically as an action item.
Type C
Transcript Actions
Upload a Zoom, Teams, or Gong transcript and the AI extracts commitments, follow-ups, and next steps as ready-to-act items.
Type D
Email Actions
When email sync detects commitment language in a thread, AI extracts the action and surfaces it in the queue before it gets buried.

One platform. The full GTM motion.

GoWarm CRM is organised into modules. Your Org Admin controls which are enabled. All modules share the same underlying data model and cross-link seamlessly — actions, deals, contracts, handovers, and cases all talk to each other.
