GoWarm Skills Early access

Your playbook,
executable.

Every play in your GoWarm playbook — Discovery Call Prep, Stall Recovery, Renewal Outreach, Handover Confirmation — becomes an AI-drafted action your reps approve in one click. Built on the open Agent Skills standard. Authoring is yours, not ours.

The problem with playbooks today

You wrote the playbook. Six months later, no one's running it.

Every sales org has a playbook. Stage-gates, qualification frameworks, follow-up cadences, handover checklists. The playbook itself is rarely the problem — adherence is. Reps don't open documents at the moment they need them. Managers can't audit what didn't happen. The playbook becomes a training artifact, not an operating system.

GoWarm Skills closes that gap by making each play executable. The skill watches for its trigger condition (a stage transition, a stalled deal, a meeting just ended), reads the live deal context, and drafts the next action the play prescribes. The rep approves, edits, or skips. The play actually runs.

How a skill works

A folder. Markdown. YAML. That's it.

A GoWarm Skill is a directory with a single SKILL.md file plus optional templates and reference data. The format follows the open Agent Skills standard, originally developed by Anthropic. Portable, version-controlled, readable by humans and agents.

skills/discovery-call-prep/SKILL.md --- name: discovery-call-prep description: Generates pre-call preparation: a brief, a talk track, two follow-up email variants, and a recommended next play. Use whenever a deal enters the discovery_call stage or a meeting is scheduled within 24 hours. --- # Discovery Call Prep You are executing the Discovery Call Prep play from the GoWarm Sales module. Turn the deal payload into four deliverables the rep can act on immediately. ## Required inputs - prospect, account, deal, interaction_history, meddpicc ## Output - prep_brief - talk_track (with discovery questions) - follow_up_email_strong - follow_up_email_weak - recommended_next_play

When the trigger condition fires, GoWarm runs the skill against the live deal context and surfaces the output in the rep's action queue. The rep sees the brief, scans the talk track, and picks one of the email drafts — all before opening their inbox.

What makes this different

Generic AI drafts emails. Skills run plays.

There are dozens of "AI for sales" tools. Almost all of them draft email or summarize a call. None of them know your playbook. GoWarm Skills are different because the playbook itself is the input.

Generic AI sales tools GoWarm Skills
Trigger Rep prompts the tool Stage transition, stall threshold, signal change — automatic
Knowledge source Generic best practices from training data Your playbook, your stages, your qualification framework
Output An email draft Whatever the play prescribes — brief, talk track, email, next play, internal task
Authoring Vendor controls the prompts You author and version-control your own skills
Portability Locked to vendor Open Agent Skills format — runs in any compatible agent

Early access is selective. Tell us about your playbook.

We're working with a small number of design partners who already have a written playbook and want it operationalized. If that's you, we'd like to hear about it.
